A great photobooth experience adds an interactive and entertaining element to a wedding, providing guests with fun keepsakes while creating lasting memories. This category celebrates photobooth providers who offer high-quality images, creative props, stylish setups and seamless service to enhance the wedding experience.
Judges will look for: high-quality photo output, creative and engaging setups, excellent guest interaction, reliability and the ability to personalise the experience to suit different wedding styles.
Entry Questions:
- Tell us about your business, are you independent, a preferred supplier, how long you have been established and the average number of weddings you entertain in 12 months.
- Describe your photobooth experience.
- What is your consultation process, explain your typical packages, do you offer any customisable elements?
- What is your typical on the day set-up, length of entertainment, how do you interact with couples and their guests?
- What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?
In your supporting evidence, please provide us with a digital portfolio consisting of a maximum of 3x wedding highlight reels / selection of 3 wedding albums. This can either show different styles of photobooths or different types of setting, lighting, colour etc. Provide any brochures/images you may have that showcase your offer/extra services and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.
All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
