Everyone wants their wedding day to run smoothly and without a hitch but planning it can be a real headache. So what better way is there, than to call on the help of the experts?
Wedding planners are indispensable and can help couples organise their perfect day as well as save them valuable time and money, ultimately allowing couples the time to enjoy the fun and excitement during the build up and on the wedding day itself.
Whether working independently, in-house at a venue, or as a consultant, wedding planners are the architects of seamless and stress-free celebrations.
This award recognises planners who excel in organisation, creativity and personalised service to craft unforgettable weddings.
Judges will look for: attention to detail, innovation, organisation, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create unique, flawlessly executed wedding experiences.
Entry Questions:
- Tell us about you and your business (include how many weddings you service each year, pricing and if you are a preferred supplier)
- Describe your planning process and services offered.
- Describe your role and responsibilities at a wedding, how do you manage this from consultation to on-the-day service?
- Tell us of an instance where your service has gone over and above the norm to ensure that the couple have the best wedding ever. What was the requirement and how did you provide a solution? And give an example of how you have overcome a challenge to ensure a flawless wedding day.
- What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?
In your supporting evidence, please include any brochure/planning examples (either physical or digital) and pricing structure, provide video /imagery examples of a range of weddings you have planned & organised, include any that showcase your offering and where you went above and beyond, and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.
All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
