Closing date to submit your entry: 30 September 2025

Entering the awards couldn’t be easier:

1. Click our Award Categories tab to familiarise yourself with the categories including our NEW for 2026 awards available to enter, then click the ENTER NOW tab, which will take you to the online entry form.
2. Complete your contact details, then select your award category. Within the section called Your Entry, tell us about your business answering the criteria questions as fully as possible and remember to include information about you, your business, and your product or service offered.
3. Next, upload any supporting materials* that you would like to include to support your written submission (such as photographs or pdf documents). There is also an option for you to send additional materials to us by post or WeTransfer. You may also deliver your supporting materials to us by hand, please contact our offices to arrange this. *Please note that cakes will be required for in-person judging.
4. You will then have an option to enter any other category/ies if you wish to enter more than one, or you can simply submit and finish at this point.
5. Once you have entered your chosen category/ies you will have the option to download and save/print off your entry for your own records. A confirmation email and entry invoice will follow.

There will be a nominal charge of £65 per entry (+VAT).

The organisers reserve the right to change deadline dates and categories as they see appropriate.

Entries will not be returned, unless specifically requested and accompanied by the correct packaging and payment together with a self-addressed, postage-paid label.

The organisers will do their best to ensure that your submission materials are handled carefully, but we cannot accept liability for any damage, breakage or loss that may occur at any stage.

Any category which the organisers decide has insufficient entries may not be put through to judging. In this case all entrants will receive an immediate refund of their entry fee or option to switch to an alternative category if applicable. Please note that this may occur close to judging date as this is when most entries are received.

Please note that the KWA finalist and winner logos and brand name are registered trademarks and may not be copied or amended for use in any way without written consent from The Kent Wedding Awards.

Use of the logo by non-qualifying companies or any amendment to date, wording or colour is strictly prohibited and all unauthorised use could result in legal action.

All entrants for the Kent Wedding Awards must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months at time of judging and have a base within Kent.
