Delivering seamless celebrations!

A great wedding venue is nothing without the dedicated team behind it. This award recognises outstanding in-house events teams who go above and beyond to ensure every wedding runs smoothly, from planning to execution. Whether managing logistics, coordinating suppliers or providing exceptional service on the day, these teams are the backbone of unforgettable celebrations.

Judges will look for: professionalism, teamwork, adaptability, excellent customer service and a proven track record of delivering outstanding weddings at their venue, evidenced through every step of the weddings process from initial enquiry to on-the-day to post nuptial correspondence.

Entry Questions:

  1. Tell us about you and your team’s role in delivering weddings at your venue
  2. How do you approach presenting your venue to prospective couples and ascertain their requirements to ensure you can meet their needs (include meeting process, number of meetings, timelines etc.)?
  3. When the couple have chosen your venue, how do you assist them with the planning stages, how do you personalise each wedding to meet each couple’s visions?
  4. Tell us of an instance where your service has gone over and above the norm to ensure that the couple have the best wedding ever. What was the requirement and how did you provide a solution? And give an example of how the team overcame a challenge to ensure a flawless wedding day.
  5. What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?

In your supporting evidence, please include your venue brochure (either physical or digital) and pricing structure, provide video /imagery examples of a range of weddings you have hosted, include any that showcase your offering and where you went above and beyond, and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.

All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
