Award Criteria
Bridal hair artistry at its best!
Whether it’s soft waves, intricate updos, or sleek and elegant styles, this category celebrates wedding hair stylists who create stunning, bespoke hairstyles, tailored to each bride’s vision, for brides and their wedding party.
Judges are looking for: technical expertise, creativity and the ability to deliver long-lasting styles suited to various hair types and wedding themes. Entries are welcomed from both individuals and companies.
Please note this category will require a digital portfolio including before and after shots.
Entry Questions:
- Tell us about you and your business, what you do, how long you have been operating and how many weddings you have undertaken in the last 12 months.
- Detail your area(s) of expertise, skills and experience and the packages and services you offer.
- Describe your approach to wedding hairstyling and consultations.
- Explain how you help your clients find the right look and how you ensure hairstyles stay flawless throughout the wedding day.
- What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?
In your supporting evidence, please provide us with examples of different styles you have created for brides/bridal parties, any brochures you may have and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.
All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
