Award Criteria

Setting the tone from the start!

A wedding invitation is the first glimpse of a couple’s big day and great stationery ties the whole wedding theme together.

This award recognises talented stationers who create beautifully designed, high-quality wedding invitations, signage, and paper goods such as seating cards and table plans.

Judges will look for: originality, quality of materials, consistency of design and the ability to personalise stationery to each wedding’s unique style.

Entry Questions:

  1. Tell us about you and your business (include information about your range, pricing, when established, and if you are a preferred supplier)
  2. What products do you offer (buy readymade, all bespoke, mixed etc.) and how would you describe your design style?
  3. Describe your approach to designing wedding stationery, how you incorporate couples’ themes, personalities, and preferences and can couples design bespoke items with you?
  4. What is your consultation, design and timeline process, do you offer any extra services?
  5. What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?

In your supporting evidence, please provide us with examples of your work showcasing different designs styles and/or bespoke designs you have created for wedding couples, any brochures/images you may have that showcase your offer and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.

All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
