A great toastmaster ensures smooth-running wedding celebrations with confidence and charm.
This category honours professionals who bring structure, humour and warmth to a couple’s big day. Recognising professional toastmasters who ensure wedding receptions run smoothly with elegance and charisma.
Judges will look for: evidence of professionalism, confidence and organisation.
Entry Questions:
- Tell us about you and your business (please include whether you are a preferred supplier, how long you have been a toastmaster for and the services you offer)
- Describe your role and responsibilities at a wedding, how do you manage this from consultation to on-the-day service?
- How do you interact with couples and their guests on the day?
- Provide examples of challenging situations you’ve managed and your most memorable experience of adding value to a couple’s wedding day.
- What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?
In your supporting evidence, please include evidence of any association memberships and provide video /imagery examples of a range of weddings where you have acted as Toastmaster, supply any brochures/imagery that showcase your offering, and include a maximum of 6 testimonials that support your entry.
All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
