This prestigious award is given to an outstanding venue that has demonstrated excellence across all aspects of wedding planning, service and experience.
The winner will have impressed not only with their beautiful setting but also with their exceptional hospitality, attention to detail and dedication to creating unforgettable weddings. Judges will consider overall feedback, customer testimonials and evidence of service excellence as demonstrated in the 12 months prior to entry.
Judges will look for: overall excellence, outstanding customer service, stunning surroundings and the ability to create consistently extraordinary weddings.
Entry Questions:
- Tell us about your business, when it was established and how many weddings it services on average each year and the licenses you hold.
- Tell us more about what makes your venue truly stand out.
- Why has the last year been particularly special for your venue’s wedding offering(s); include types/enhancements to your weddings offered, awards, accreditations, refurbishments etc.?
- How do you consistently exceed your couples’ expectations and provide an unrivalled wedding experience?
- Why do you deserve to be awarded Venue of the Year, this year?

*Please note: this category is only open to venues that have entered in at least one of the main venue categories.
All entrants must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months as at time of judging (October 2025) and be based in Kent.
